1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment is due as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund
4. Travel Documents
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required permits.
5. Liability
We act as an agent for various travel service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense arising out of circumstances beyond our control.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
